Environmental Water Testing referred to as “American Home Design Water Solutions”
A subsidiary offering RainSoft® water treatment solutions sold and installed exclusively by authorized dealers.

For purposes of these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to both entities unless otherwise specified.

2. Use of the Sites

You may use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information

• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Sites

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission

• Use the Sites to engage in any unsolicited marketing or unauthorized commercial activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites—including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, offers, trademarks, service marks, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of American Home Design, Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Promotions, Offers, and Financing Disclosures

All promotional offers, discounts, and financing terms presented on the Sites are:

• Subject to credit approval

• Available for a limited time only

• Valid only in eligible service areas

• Subject to change without notice

This information:

• Is not a substitute for a licensed professional inspection

For precise recommendations, a free in-home consultation is required.

6. Lead Forms, Scheduling, and User Submissions

By submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or engaging with chat tools, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• We may contact you via phone, text, and email for scheduling, follow-ups, or promotional offers

• Message and data rates may apply

• Consent is not required to purchase goods or services

• Submissions do not guarantee an appointment, price, or availability

You understand that not all homes qualify for promotional pricing or installation eligibility.

7. Product & Installation Warranty Information

Warranty information displayed on the Sites is abbreviated. Full manufacturer and installation warranties are provided during the in-home consultation and/or contract signing.

Important notes:

• All remodeling products (windows, baths, doors, outdoor living, etc.) are installed by American Home Design, Inc.
• Water treatment equipment is installed by American Home Design , an authorized RainSoft dealer

• Warranty coverage varies by product line and manufacturer
• Misuse, improper maintenance, and non-AHD modifications may void warranty
  

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our Sites may integrate tracking, analytics, and marketing tools such as:

• Google Analytics

• Google Tag Manager

• Meta/Instagram tracking pixels

• Blazeo chat

• Truvolv AI site variations

• Lead validation tools

• Call tracking and recording services (Proprietary, five9, Hatch)

• Third-Party Tracking Tools Misc.

These tools help enhance performance and customer experience. Usage is subject to our Privacy Policy and each provider’s terms.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and related technologies to:

• Analyze site usage

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Home Design, Inc. and American Home Design:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Sites is to stop using them.

Water quality data, contaminant descriptions, testing suggestions, and remodeling recommendations are provided “as is.” Results vary by home, plumbing system, water source, and installation conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from use of the Sites or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class actions and jury trials are explicitly waived to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Home Design, Inc., American Home Design Water Solutions, their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Sites

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of content or offers
  

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance.
