2024 EAST TN BATH/SHOWER SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To enter, complete an entry form, or the electronic contest entry form online. All entries must be completed separately. Final contest giveaway ends on January 21, 2025. You may obtain an official entry form by writing American Home Design Inc., 880 Conference Drive, Goodlettsville, TN 37072-1902.
2. This sweepstakes consists of several thematic presentations. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received from all presentations. Drawing will be conducted by American Home Design Inc. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to win. Winners will be notified by mail. The prize drawings will be made from all eligible entries. American Home Design Inc. will choose winning entries by random drawing. If any winner fails to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, or is ineligible to receive a prize, or does not claim the prize within 30 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate party selected by a second random drawing conducted in accordance with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations. American Home Design Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for failure to contact a potential prizewinner who provides incorrect or incomplete contact information. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. In the event that the winner has purchased American Home Design Inc. product that is part of their prize between 01/01/2024 and 01/21/2025 such a prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winner may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notifications attempt. Entry constitutes 1) permission to use winner’s names and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law, and 2) permission to be called and texted for advertising purposes through an autodialing phone system. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misguided, illegible, or late mail entries.
3. PRIZES: JACUZZI BATH/SHOWER MAKEOVER (2): Grand Prize: Jacuzzi bathtub or shower, and standard wall package. Standard wall package includes a 3-panel solid color wall system, Moen Positemp valve and chrome Chateau fixtures, soap dish, and 2-shelf Hudson corner caddy. Doesn’t cover additional plumbing or electrical. Jacuzzi Bath/Shower retail value is $12,000.
4. Sweepstakes open to residents of East Tennessee, 21 years of age or older. Employees and their families of American Home Design Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible. This offer is good only in the East Tennessee area and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
