We appreciate your ongoing interest in our services and support for our business during these times. We continue to operate as follows to address the need for enhanced health and safety protocols:
Our Showroom:
Our showroom in Goodlettsville is open, however we have reduced hours. Our showroom hours are: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. We ask that you wear a mask when visiting our showroom, if you do not have one, we’ll provide one for you.
Our Sales Process:
We continue to offer free in-home estimates under safety guidelines recommended by the CDC. Our sales representatives are equipped with PPE including masks, sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer. We encourage all of our employees to stay home if they are not feeling well or have had a direct COVID exposure.
Our Installers:
Our installers follow all recommended best practices and policies provided by the CDC, including: Wearing masks, maintaining social distance, including ‘contactless’ installations where possible, and wiping down all surfaces with single-use disinfectant wipes.
Our Offices and Facilities:
Our staff is limited at our location and work spaces spread throughout the building and social distancing is enforced. Deep cleaning of our offices is completed frequently, and our staff wears masks in all common areas.
